I really did.

I thought about hacking up this template.

I thought about changing the gradient background image from blue to burnt orange

I thought about changing the mandala logo to burnt orange too.

Or splashing it with roses.

But…nah.

After all, what could one blog’s template say about a game that is quite possibly *the* college football matchup of the century (a century that’s only 5 years old, or will be on January 4, 2006)?

This is truly The Grandaddy of Them All. Two teams, ranked 1 and 2 for the entire season, will meet to settle, once and for all, who truly is the best.

Indeed, this is the most wonderful time of the year.
